Job title: Business Development Executive
Reporting to: Head of Business Development & Strategy

Primary responsibility

A business development professional has three primary responsibilities:


• Identifying new sales leads
• Pitching products and/or services
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Duties


• Researching organizations by paying direct visits (field work) to identify new leads / potential clients
• Contacting potential clients via email, phone or office visits to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products / promotions
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Attending in-house product knowledge training sessions

Qualifications Required

• BS / MS degree in Finance & Accounting

• Strong communication skills - both written and oral
• A well-developed sense of client service and quality orientation
• Good attention to detail
• Prioritizing and triaging obligations
• Working as part of a team
• A proactive and analytical approach with a desire to progress

Job title: Digital Marketing - Intern
Reporting to: Head of Business Development & Strategy

Primary responsibility

A digital marketing professional has three primary responsibilities:


• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Duties


• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications Required

• BS / MS degree in Digital Marketing

Skills and personal attributes required


• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
